Prices and availability
The prices of Libreria dell'Automobile products are clearly indicated on the site. The shipping cost is added to the price of the product in an amount that varies according to the requested delivery method and the country of destination. When some articles are temporarily out of stock or definitively out of print, you will be informed accordingly. The prices and availability data reported on the site are subject to change.
The 15% discount is valid only for online orders (except titles already on special offer or out of catalogue). The offer is not valid on books ordered by telephone, fax, email or mail.
Delivery note or invoice
Each shipment is accompanied by a delivery note. If you wish to receive an invoice in place of the delivery note, just check the item "I would like an invoice" in the order confirmation form and enter your exact business name and VAT number in the space provided.
NOTE: If you fail to provide this information we cannot issue an invoice. The invoice must be requested at the moment the order is placed, not later on.
Product delivery
Libreria dell'Automobile will deliver the ordered products to the address provided. Attention! We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. All indicated delivery times are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing and the delivery times stated by the carriers.
Guarantees and returns
In case of payment in advance for an article that is out of stock, the amount paid will be kept as credit against future orders or returned to the customer. Defective, damaged or wrong products can be returned within 7 days to:

The returned article must be properly packaged, enclosing the original invoice or delivery note and a covering letter stating the reason why replacement or refund is requested. If replacement is not possible, the Libreria dell'Automobile's sole obligation is to refund the amount you have paid, without this in any way impairing your legal rights.
Attention! If the package arrives damaged or with obvious signs of tampering, it is necessary to point this out to the courier who delivers the package and sign the transport document adding the words "with reserve". This will allow you to protect yourself in the event of any type of anomaly found after opening the package (damaged or missing items). In this case, you will need to keep the parcel and report the accident to us by fax or e-mail. Libreria dell'Automobile is not responsible in case of lack of the signature WITH RESERVE by the recipient.
Forwarding charges and delivery times
For shipments in Italy and abroad we use the ordinary postal service, we employ the courier service guaranteeing the most favourable rates for the destination country. For shipments in Italy, parcels can be of two types:
- Ordinary - when payment is made in advance.
- Cash On Delivery - when payment is made at the moment of delivery.
For shipments abroad, parcels are ordinary only (we do not ship C.O.D.). The shipment times include the order processing time and the delivery time expressed in working days. The rates include packing & insurance, not the customs fees, where required in your country.
